Cholesterol is a type of fat synthesized by the liver, it is needed by the body to make some hormones and other digestive processes.
Examples of Hormones produced are oestrogen, testosterone and adrenal hormones, and an example of a nutrient ;Vitamin D.
Cholesterol in the body is carried about by the blood (transport media).
When the amount of Cholesterol is the body normal or balanced, the body is healthy. When the amount of Cholesterol increases in the blood, the body becomes diseased.
Studies have shown that About 60% of the Cholesterol in the body is produced by the Liver, It is the unabsorbed Cholesterol that creates the CHOLESTEROL problems.
Cholesterol is of two types:
LDL (low density lipoprotein )
HDL (high density lipoprotein)
LDL is commonly known as bad and HDL good.

Note:
The Lipoproteins keep a check on the levels of cholesterol.
Why is LDL is known as BAD Cholesterol?
When there is an imbalance of Cholesterol level in the Body, the LDL Cholesterol forms plaque (debris) and sticks to the arteries therefore blocking it. As it blocks the flow of blood, it starves the heart and other structures of oxygen.

Natural Approach
Garlic : Have garlic cloves daily will reduce the blood pressure. It prevent the deposition of plaque on the inner walls of the Arteries. It reduces the risk of Cardiovascular diseases.
Stevia : It shows good effects on High Blood Pressure. If the Systolic Blood Pressure is High up to 135 and Diastolic is high up to 90, it will reduce the systolic and Diastolic to the normal levels.
Orange Juice is rich in Potassium, which helps in reducing the Blood Pressure.
Vitamin D : Vitamin D has an ability to reduce the Systolic Pressure and Pulse Pressure. It may reduce the Systolic Pressure about 5%.

Thank you so much please what about the HDL
Well for HDL, if it’s high, it’s good, it’ll help break down excess harmful cholesterol, it should always be higher than LDL..
Thanks..
You’re the best😊
